Metal Injection Molding
What’s metal injection molding(often appeared as MIM)?
It is one of the most ideal technology to produce small complex parts in large volume. Fine metal powder is combined with a binding material then injected into the free-designed mold and thus formulated parts as desired. After debinding and sintering, the final part will be just as your design.
Some great advatages would be seen in this manufacturing technology. It brings design flexibility to small parts without causing production difficulties and increasing costs. In the meantime, MIM does not generate wastes unlike CNC cutting and thus production cost remains economical even in large volume.
Lingel Pro past projects in industries, timing, hair dressing, consumer goods
We are experienced in metal injection molding for industries like aerospace, automotive, consumer goods and more. With our in-housing MIM test production lab, a full production line including injection molding, debinding, sintering equipment, is at your disposal for rapid prototyping or even mass production. With this pilot, you could test the feedstock and results before investing your own production line.
